Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding Manager to
facilitate the onboarding process for new customers.
Key Responsibilities
Become a product expert and assist new customers with
implementation and account setup
Educate customers on product capabilities and best practices while
ensuring superior service
Collaborate with various teams and manage customer data migrations
while recording implementation needs
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in Customer Onboarding or a customer-facing
role
Project Management skills
Proven track record of resolving escalated client service
issues
Experience building relationships with enterprise-level
stakeholders
Bachelor's degree preferred
