Job Description:
A company is looking for a System Operations Manager to oversee
the maintenance and performance of quantum computers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of system operators and resilience engineers to
maintain and improve quantum computers
Manage multiple projects, priorities, deadlines, and product
roadmaps
Collaborate with customers, engineers, and external vendors to
ensure operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Physics or a related field
8+ years of professional experience or equivalent education and
experience
2+ years of hands-on technical leadership and people management
experience
Experience with general-purpose programming languages like Go,
JavaScript, or Python
Familiarity with Operational Excellence in systems or Learning From
Incidents (LFI)
