Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director, Clinical Site
Centricity (Global - Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Track KPIs for customer centricity to enhance partnership with
clinical trial sites
Design research to gather insights from clinical sites for
operational excellence
Develop presentations and communications content to share clinical
site insights with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required with extensive experience in Clinical
Operations, Communications, Strategy, or Management Consulting
High familiarity with the clinical drug development process
Confidence in leading meetings and presentations with data-driven
insights
Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multitask, and independently
lead projects
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and coach
team members
