Key Responsibilities
Manage total rewards programs to enhance employee experience and
attract top talent
Lead total rewards projects aligned with global talent goals and
strategies
Design, implement, and evaluate compensation and benefits programs
in compliance with laws and regulations
Required Qualifications
Strong experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in
competitive or growth-stage companies
Proven project management skills with the ability to lead
cross-functional teams
Knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices and
regulations
Expertise in industry frameworks such as Aon/Radford or Mercer
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google
Sheets/Excel
