Job Description:
A company is looking for a Team Lead - Claim.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day activities of the Claims team
Monitor Salesforce KPIs for team performance and provide management
reports
Assist in managing customer claims and ensure timely resolution of
issues
Required Qualifications
At least 2 years of prior claims specialist experience
Must be customer-focused
Some knowledge of lighting or electrical products is preferred
Strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel) are required
Experience in the lighting, retail, or manufacturing industry is
preferred
