Job Description:
A company is looking for a Recruiter.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles,
including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing
candidates
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top
engineering talent
Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to deeply
understand hiring needs
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a
startup or high-growth environment
Experience hiring for fintech, payments, or SaaS companies
Previous experience as an in-house recruiter at a fast-growing
startup
Familiarity with technical roles, coding languages, and engineering
workflows
A data-driven mindset with experience using ATS platforms (e.g.,
Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby)
