Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales & Service Agent to enhance
member experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Sell products and services to members and agents
Service existing policies and assist with member needs
Prepare documentation and assist members with billing and service
inquiries
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or GED
Valid Driver's License/State ID
Ability to obtain a personal lines insurance license with provided
training
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency
