Job Description:
A company is looking for a Consultant, Sales Enablement to join
their global sales enablement team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop sales enablement strategies and frameworks aligned with
organizational goals
Collaborate with Learning & Development and sales regions to
implement global sales training
Ensure training content is accessible and aligned with sales
processes and technology platforms
Required Qualifications and Education
Minimum 4 years college degree in communications, adult learning,
or equivalent professional experience
Real-life sales or business development customer-facing experience
is an asset
Understanding of the sales cycle in a complex sales environment
Experience in operationalizing sales programs
Motivated by emerging technology and digital transformation
