Job Description:
A company is looking for a Legal Analyst to work as a contract
reviewer and router.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the legal point of contact for reviewing various corporate
contracts and agreements
Support ad-hoc projects and contribute to process improvement
initiatives
Manage timelines and train team members on contract review
processes
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience with contract tools and technology
Experience in contract review projects, preferably in a managed
service environment
Familiarity with DocuSign or similar contract routing tools
Knowledge of contract management tools and proficiency in MS
Office
Ability to understand complex contractual language and identify
client risks
