Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst
responsible for supporting the organization's compensation
strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze compensation plans for cost, competitiveness, and employee
impact
Design and administer compensation programs including base pay and
incentives
Conduct job evaluations and collaborate with Finance on
compensation budgets
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or HR
5+ years of experience in compensation design, analysis, and
administration
Healthcare experience preferred
Workday experience preferred
