Job Description:

A company is looking for an Analyst to join their Value and Risk Advisory team.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze market data and comparable transactions
Determine highest and best use, estimate market rents, and conclude credible market values
Perform lease abstracts and conduct market surveys

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

0-2+ years of commercial real estate valuation or related experience
Interest in appraisal/valuation services
Real estate related internship strongly preferred
Achieve consistent progress on coursework required for Certified-General license
Obtain Trainee license within 90 days of starting the position
