Job Description:
A company is looking for a Benefits Analyst to manage and
optimize global employee benefit programs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage global benefit programs, conducting research and
benchmarking to ensure competitiveness
Oversee the annual enrollment process, coordinating with vendors
and developing communication materials
Lead wellness initiatives and ensure compliance with benefit
policies and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
Advanced Excel spreadsheet experience
Experience with 401(k) plan administration
Knowledge of global health and welfare benefit administration
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Experience in managing vendor relationships and audits
