Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compensation & HRIS Sr Analyst to
manage compensation programs and oversee HR Information
Systems.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze, design, and administer employer compensation programs to
align with company objectives
Administer and configure the HR Information System (HRIS) to
support HR functions and reporting needs
Participate in compensation surveys and conduct research on market
competitiveness and pay equity
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, finance, or related
field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in compensation, HRIS, and data
analytics
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred
Experience with UltiPro (UKG) and broad-based benefits and payroll
preferred
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
