Job Description:
A company is looking for an Event Content Specialist to join
their Event Content Strategy, Ops & Production team.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event
content execution
Lead content operations and program management for proprietary
events, ensuring deadlines are met
Create and manage event Call for Speakers (CFS) and oversee the
submission review process
Required Qualifications:
3-5+ years of event content management experience, preferably in a
high growth tech organization
Experience planning and executing events and/or conferences for
100-1,000 attendees
Strong program management experience with familiarity in multiple
project management tools
Ability to effectively delegate work across teams, both local and
remote
Team first mentality, aligning with company values to build
relationships with stakeholders
