A company is looking for a Head of Growth to drive user
acquisition and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Own revenue goals and develop strategies for acquisition,
conversion, engagement, and retention
Lead growth and marketing initiatives, including paid media
strategies and lifecycle marketing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize user experience
and drive subscription growth
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years' experience in B2C subscription growth
marketing
Strong background in performance marketing across various
channels
Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in startup environments
Ability to leverage and analyze data effectively
Experience in testing and scaling growth and marketing channels
