Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Patient Support.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain proficiency in clerical operations for accurate
registration, scheduling, and check-out workflows
Act as a mentor and trainer for front-line clerical teams, and
respond to patient concerns
Schedule and drive daily workflow to support clinic operations and
participate in Quality Improvement Processes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma with 2 years of experience in a relevant
role
3-5 years of experience in a registration or administrative
healthcare role
Proficiency in using CARES, AIDET, and EPE tools for patient
experience
Ability to adjust communication style to meet patient needs while
ensuring compliance
Experience in addressing and resolving patient complaints
effectively
