Job Description:
A company is looking for a Voice Speech Tuning Audio
Specialist/Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze call recordings and data to identify improvement areas in
Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Conversational Banking
Implement changes to the tuning engine by identifying grammar sets
and understanding transcription errors
Research and adjust speech recognition models to enhance accuracy
and address unrecognized speech issues
Required Qualifications
Extensive experience in speech tuning within voice recognition
applications
Ability to assess recordings and data for improving speech
recognition accuracy
Background in audio engineering or speech processing
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Speech Studio and Microsoft
STT/TTS solutions
Legal authorization to work in the United States without
sponsorship
