Key Responsibilities
Schedule direct care staff and clients to ensure full caseloads
while minimizing travel time
Optimize patient experience through effective communication and
customer service
Research and resolve discrepancies between visit and billing
activities
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree in business, healthcare administration, or
related field
Three to five years of experience in home health or related
field
Proficient knowledge of clerical and administrative services
Highly organized and responsive
General knowledge of healthcare administration
