  • BLS - Basic Life Support
  • ARRT(MR)
  • LSRT
  • State License 1 Verification
  • NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP)
    • Job Details
    • 1 Year Experience Required
    • Epic Experience Required
    • Must have experience with Philips machine
      • Job Requirements
      • Required Certifications: BLS, ARRT(MR), & LSRT (will accept a temp LSRT, takes 3-5 days to issue once fee is paid and proof of ARRT are received)
        • Schedule Information
        • Weekend Requirement: Yes one weekend every 3 weeks Friday-Monday morning
        • On Call Requirement: Yes one weekday of night call per week
          • Additional Details
          • Required for Vaya.Aya Placements: I9 Required
          • Government-Issued Photo ID. The name on the Photo ID must match all of the candidates documentation.
          • Required within 30 days of start
          • License hits need to be tasked to CL to send over for approval
