Job description Northstar Construction Services is now hiring an experienced, Construction Superintendent for a Project in New Orleans. Must have 5+ years commercial construction experience and multiple years of experience in restaurant finish-out and ground-up experience. The right candidate for the position will: Embrace the challenges associated with, and excel in, a fast paced construction environment. Tech-Savvy, using ProCore and other digital communication tools including Teams, Zoom, etc. Strongly skilled in communicating complex and difficult issues to an internal and external team Enjoy dealing with clients, issues, problem solving and relationship building Capable of maximizing value and minimizing cost "Whatever it takes" attitude Solution oriented High level of integrity Qualified persons who are interested in joining a rapidly growing commercial construction firm are encouraged to apply immediately.
