Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal Delivery Project Associate
(DPA) in the Enterprise Customer Success organization.
Key Responsibilities
Review contracts for adherence to policy, terms, grammar,
structure, and style
Provide guidance and mentoring on the contract creation process
Collaborate with key business members and partners to address
contract issues and risks
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in contract management, preferably in
Customer Success
Experience reviewing contracts and identifying conflicting or
non-standard terms
Knowledge of CRM and Professional Service Automation systems (e.g.,
Salesforce, Upland) preferred
Experience managing tasks within defined Service Level
Agreements
4-year degree or equivalent
