Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Game Designer who will create
design concepts for core meta systems in mobile games.
Key Responsibilities
Develop unique game concepts, characters, and gameplay mechanics,
and create design documentation
Guide the development team during the implementation of design
features and maintain detailed design documents
Collaborate with team members to ensure the game is visually
appealing and optimized for Web3 technology
Required Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in Meta/Systems Design with
successful mobile game delivery
Ability to mentor and educate other team members
Experience in performing competitor benchmarks and applying
insights to game design
Data-driven mindset with the ability to break down complex designs
into measurable changes
Knowledge of the Web3 world and/or Web3 games is a plus
