Job Description:
A company is looking for a Franchise Onboarding Coordinator to
join their Franchise Development team.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct onboarding calls and manage offers in the ATS
Coordinate and track franchise training schedules and
attendance
Support the ramp-up process by tracking task completion and
providing reports
Required Qualifications
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple
tasks
Energetic and personable demeanor
Knowledge of the Area Director role and company brands
Proficiency in Greenhouse, Excel, Zoom, Google Workspace, and other
relevant software
Experience in a similar role or related field is preferred
