Job Description:
A company is looking for a Part-Time Interviewer/Operations
Support (West Coast Hours).
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct virtual interviews with tutor candidates to assess
qualifications and fit
Manage interview schedules and provide professional communication
with candidates
Collaborate with the tutor ops team and assist with operational
support as needed
Qualifications:
Prior experience in recruitment, interviewing, HR, or education is
preferred
Ability to work part-time hours aligned with Pacific Time (PT)
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Tech-savvy with experience using video conferencing tools and
applicant tracking systems
