Job Description:
A company is looking for a Conversational AI Designer
responsible for creating high-quality AI conversation models for
contact center agents.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead customer AI delivery projects, designing and deploying AI
solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders to meet business objectives using AI
products
Design virtual agent solutions across various contact center
functions
Required Qualifications:
2 years of experience in conversational design or related
fields
Experience presenting complex solutions to key stakeholders
Fluency in a second language is preferred
Background in Linguistics is preferred
Experience with prompt engineering and Dialogflow CX is
preferred
