Job Description:
We are seeking an Oyster Shucker to join our team. The position
involves executing menu items and recipes, operating kitchen
equipment, and maintaining cleanliness and organization. Key
responsibilities include setting up and working line stations,
completing daily station mise en place, and consistently executing
menu items. Oyster Shuckers must be able to taste food before and
during service, follow proper food safety practices, and continue
to improve their skill set. Required skills include basic knife
skills, sanitation knowledge, and food safety knowledge. The
physical demands of the position include seeing, hearing, speaking,
reaching, and frequently lifting up to 50 pounds. We offer
