Job Description:

Servers at Herbsaint, part of Link Restaurant Group, deliver great service and food in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. We seek driven individuals with 2+ years of fine dining service experience, a positive and professional attitude, and a passion for local, seasonal, and sustainable food. Key responsibilities include overseeing the guest experience, ensuring proper table maintenance, and supporting team members to ensure guest satisfaction. Required skills and qualifications include at least two years of related experience, exceptional work ethic, and a quick learning ability. Full-time and flexible schedule availability is a must. The physical demands of this position include seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, frequently lifting up to 50 pounds, sitting, standing for 4 to 8 hours, bending, and moving intermittently during working hours.
