• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Work closely with customers to identify the right vehicle for their needs and budget
• Provide detailed information about vehicle features and capabilities
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as preparing titles and loan documents

  • Associates or bachelors degree, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of related work experience in customer service, sales, or retail industry
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record for the previous 3 years
