A company is looking for an Escrow Assistant (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Completes real estate escrow transactions by managing funds and processing closing documents
Orders title reports, resolves title defects, and establishes escrow accounts
Balances and disburses funds upon closing and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent
2-4 years of related experience
Experience directly handling escrow transactions preferred
Valid licensing/certification as required by applicable state
