Job Description:
A company is looking for a Partnerships Lead to develop and
activate a network of Hispanic/Latinx and Multicultural serving
organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, implementation, coordination, and evaluation of
partnerships networks
Develop and maintain strategic alliances with various organizations
to implement program priorities
Create and manage a partnership CRM to track communications,
feedback, and performance metrics
Required Qualifications:
3+ years in a partnership or relations development role
Experience organizing and managing diverse groups, including
community leaders and organizations
Demonstrated success in planning and directing projects with
measurable results
Minimum of a BA/BS degree in any discipline
Spanish-language proficiency preferred but not required
