Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual Spanish Speaking Family
Resource Specialist to provide support to families in need.
Key Responsibilities
Answer questions via phone and email, providing resources and
information
Enter referrals into the database and mentor new families through
application or appeal processes
Maintain strong client relationships while managing a heavy call
volume
Required Qualifications
Experience with heavy call volume or call center work
Fluency in English and Spanish
Knowledge of Medicaid Waivers is a plus
Experience in coaching and providing feedback
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google
applications
