Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel to provide
legal assistance and advice across various business units.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and modify legal documents and correspondence
Conduct legal research and advise internal clients on complex
issues
Manage external counsel, litigation, and assist with compliance and
employment law matters
Required Qualifications
J.D. degree from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in a U.S. state
5-7 years of relevant experience in a law firm or corporate legal
department
Strong transactional experience, particularly with contracts and
technology matters
Compliance experience with consumer protection laws is
preferred
