Job Description:

A company is looking for a Software Consultant to assist insurance agencies with implementing their software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Consult with insurance agencies to assess workflows and training needs
Manage multiple complex projects and customize software configurations
Conduct training sessions and maintain necessary customer documentation

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent required
3+ years of customer service experience
1+ year of training experience
Insurance industry experience preferred
