Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Rails) to
design, build, and maintain their web application.
Key Responsibilities
Build new features and maintain the existing application to enhance
incident response and alerting
Participate in engineering ceremonies, code reviews, and customer
feedback sessions for continuous improvement
Respond to critical production issues through a shared on-call
rotation
Required Qualifications
5-8 years of backend software development experience in Go, Ruby on
Rails, and/or React
Proven track record of delivering projects on time in a
remote/hybrid setting
Self-starter capable of tackling challenging problems and
delivering results
Passion for writing maintainable code and improving product
quality
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-departmental teams
