Job Description:
A company is looking for a Software Engineer II - Production
Operations to support production environments and troubleshoot
technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a technology escalation point to identify and troubleshoot
production issues
Develop solutions to resolve urgent problems impacting clients
Automate recurring tasks and collaborate with engineering teams to
improve production systems
Required Qualifications
BS or MS in Computer Science or related technical discipline
Experience with programming languages such as Ruby, Java, or
Python
Ability to learn new technologies quickly
Experience working in a highly autonomous environment
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
