A company is looking for a Principal HRBP - Monetization &
Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with
business goals
Lead talent management activities and address talent gaps
Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and
measure initiative effectiveness
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field; Master's degree or HR certification preferred
Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5
years in a leadership role
Strong business acumen and strategic planning abilities
Demonstrated expertise in talent management and organizational
development
High proficiency in using HR analytics and metrics for
decision-making
