Job Description:
A company is looking for a Direct Hire Recruiter responsible for
generating direct hire business through client engagement and
recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and their
hiring needs
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to provide
tailored direct hire solutions
Negotiate and close deals to secure direct hire opportunities while
providing ongoing client support
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in sales or recruitment, preferably in direct
hire services
Knowledge of the manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain
industry is strongly preferred
Proficiency in using Bullhorn software and Microsoft suite of
software
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills
