Job Description:
Link Restaurant Group was founded by James Beard Award winning
executive Chef Donald Link and Stephen Stryjewski. Their goal is to
support the growth of their New Orleans restaurants, including
Herbsaint, Cochon, Cochon Butcher, Peche Seafood Grill, and more.
Growing up in south Louisiana taught Chef Link about the importance

Responsibilities:
--- Set up and work line stations at required level
--- Complete daily station mis en place in a timely fashion
--- Execute menu items while following current restaurant
recipes
--- Work professionally with fellow employees
--- Operate, clean, and maintain kitchen equipment
--- Maintain a clean and organized station
--- Assist in weekly deep cleaning
--- Taste food before and during service
--- Follow food safety and kitchen safety practices
--- Improve existing skill set
Skills & Requirements:
--- 1 year of kitchen experience preferred
--- Basic knife skills
--- Sanitation knowledge
--- Food safety knowledge
--- Passion for food and hospitality
Physical Demands:
--- Seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, frequently lifting to 50
pounds, sitting, standing, for 4 to 8 hours.
