Responsibilities include opening in the morning, ensuring the quality of baked goods, and executing bread items and recipes set forth by the Executive Pastry Chef.Responsibilities:

• Ensure products meet quality standards.
• Mix and bake bread dough, up to 100# per type.
• Create new baked goods.
• Follow recipes accurately.
• Monitor storage, FIFO, and shelf life guidelines.
• Complete daily production duties.
• Use equipment respectfully and clean after use.
• Maintain proper storage procedures.
• Notify manager of ingredient shortages.
• Work professionally with fellow employees.
• Train new employees.
• Maintain a clean and organized station.
• Assist in weekly deep cleaning.
• Taste food as required.
• Follow proper food safety practices.
• Improve existing skill set.Requirements:
  • Minimum one year of kitchen experience.
  • Basic knife skills.
  • Sanitation Knowledge.
  • Food safety knowledge.
  • Passion for food and hospitality.Physical Demands:
    • Frequently lift up to 50 pounds, sit, stand for 4-8 hours, bend, and move intermittently.Job duties may change.
