Ideal candidates will have a passion for craft spirits, contemporary cocktails, wine, and local craft beer.Responsibilities:

• Mindful Service: Serve alcoholic beverages with a keen sense of judgment.
• Communication: Establish consistent communication with FOH, BOH, the beverage team, and management.
• Attentive Service: Provide attentive service while anticipating guests' needs.
• Bar Maintenance: Maintain bar cleanliness and organization.
• Rapport Building: Build and maintain good rapport with regular customers.
• Menu Knowledge: Offer menu insight and recommendations when appropriate.Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a high-volume, craft cocktail establishment.
  • Wine knowledge, beer knowledge, and craft cocktail knowledge preferred.
  • 2+ years of bartending and serving experience preferred.
