Job SummaryGianna is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for executing menu items and recipes as set forth by the Chef de Cuisine. You will be required to work in a professional manner with fellow BOH employees and maintain a clean and organized station.Key ResponsibilitiesSome of the key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Setting up and working line stations at the required level
  • Completing daily station mis en place in a timely and efficient fashion
  • Consistently executing menu items while following current restaurant recipes
  • Maintaining a clean and organized station
  • Assisting in weekly deep cleaning of the BOH
  • Being able to taste all food at any required moment before and during service
  • Following all proper food safety practices and kitchen safety practicesRequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have:
    • A minimum of one year of kitchen experience preferred but not required
    • Basic knife skills
    • Sanitation knowledge
    • Food safety knowledge
