La Boulangerie seeks a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our Front of House team. Our ideal candidate is professional, energetic, and has a basic knowledge of beverage service. As a Barista at La Boulangerie, you will be responsible for welcoming customers and accepting orders and payments, preparing beverage items, establishing consistent communication with FOH, BOH, and management, providing attentive service while anticipating needs, maintaining bar cleanliness and organization, and building and maintaining good rapport with regular customers. Key skills and requirements include previous experience in a similar high-volume establishment, 2+ years of experience preferred, and a personable demeanor, friendly personality, and a great smile.
