Classic Creole and regional cuisine served in a family owned/operated fine dining restaurant.Seeking professional, energetic, and attentive cocktail servers for high quality dining experiences.

Take orders, make recommendations, provide accurate bills, and serve food and drinks.
Handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently.
Clean and clear tables.
Assist with opening and closing duties.
Learn about wine, beer, and cocktails.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Attentive and friendly attitude.
- Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and food.
- Passion for providing high-quality service.
- Ability to walk, stand, and carry heavy trays.
- Teamwork and direction.
- Availability to work peak hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
