As a key member of our FOH team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the guest experience, staying updated on menu items and preparation, and ensuring timely and accurate service.Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive and knowledgeable service to guests, addressing their needs and inquiring about their experience.
• Stay current on all menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to offer informed recommendations and respond to guest inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring proper table maintenance and efficient service.
• Verify accuracy of guest charges and process payments in a timely manner.
• Support other team members to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.Requirements:
  • At least two years of experience in fine dining service.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Familiarity with local, seasonal, and sustainable food concepts and basic wine knowledge.
