• Certification Details
• BLS - Basic Life Support
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
• State License 1 Verification
• NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP)
  • Job Details
  • Will consider an RN or ST for this position
  • Liver transplant experience REQUIRED (3 or 4 on skills checklist)
  • May also scrub into other surgeries when needed
  • 5 years of RNFA experience required
  • No first time travelers
    • Job Requirements
    • Current/valid Drivers License/State ID or government photo ID required. Copy must be in color, no black and white copies of document.
    • License Verification required within 30 days of start. All candidates must have an active LA License or Compact License upon submission effective immediately. If LA State License or Compact License expires within 30 days of start, renewal must be completed prior to start date.
    • NURSYS required within 30 days of start.
      • Additional Details
      • Required for the following specialties: Nursing: Cath Lab, CCU, CVICU, Dialysis, Endoscopy/ GI, ER, ICU, MICU, Neuro ICU, Outpatient Surgery, PACU, Pre-Op, SICU, Transplant. If certification expires within 30 days of start, renewal must be completed prior to start date.
