Job Description:
A company is looking for a Reimbursement Coordinator Pharmacy to
work from home in the Eastern Standard Time Zone.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement medication assistance programs for eligible
patients
Serve as a liaison regarding medication assistance and communicate
billing codes for new medications
Monitor high-cost medications for appropriate reimbursement and
educate healthcare providers on reimbursement issues
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) is required
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required
Understanding of eligibility criteria and enrollment requirements
for pharmaceutical assistance programs
Knowledge of resources related to medication assistance
programs
Experience in analyzing patient financial service reports for
correct coding and reimbursement
