Job Description:
A company is looking for a Utilization Management Nurse
Consultant who will work remotely in the PST zone.
Key Responsibilities
Review services to ensure medical necessity and facilitate safe
discharge planning
Coordinate and document all aspects of the utilization/benefit
management program
Gather clinical information to render coverage determinations and
facilitate care/treatment
Required Qualifications
Must reside in PST zone
Active and unrestricted RN state licensure in the state of
residence
3+ years of clinical experience as an RN, preferably in Med/Surg,
Telemetry, ICU, NICU, Long-term care, or cardiology
Associates Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred
