Effectively delegates, directs and assists licensed and ancillary team members. Assumes accountability for quality patient outcomes and takes initiative when collaborating with the interdisciplinary team and coordinating the patients plan of care. Assumes professional responsibility and accountability for his/her own practice and supports nursing departments philosophy of nursing.Sign On Bonus Available Up To $15,000!
EducationRequired - Registered nurse diploma.
Preferred - Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing.
Work ExperienceRequired -2 years of relevant experience.
Computer experience.
CertificationsRequired - Current registered nurse (RN) license in state of practice.Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)

• Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to present information clearly and professionally to varying levels of individuals throughout the patient care process.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule (e.g. 24/7, weekend, holiday, on call availability).
  Job Duties
