1.----Contract Title:-- Board Certified Family Practice Physician--2.-- Background:--To provide medical care at Keesler AFB, MS.--Coverage will consist of one (1) full-time equivalent employee (FTE).-- Contract physician is expected to work Monday through Friday.-- The contract employee shall work an 8-hour shift per day from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.----Physician must be board certified in Family Practice with a minimum of 7 years of experience within the specialty, excluding fellow and residency time. The physician must have practiced at least 48 months of the last 60 months.--SERVICES:-- The contractor personnel shall provide outpatient services-- for-- 20 patients per day.----
