Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote RN-Oncology Nurse Case
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborates with customers to create and document care plans
Empowers customers to enhance interactions with their healthcare
providers
Coordinates care with internal partners and external providers
through various communication methods
Required Qualifications
Active unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United
States
Minimum of two years of full-time direct patient care experience as
an RN
Experience in oncology preferred for specialty case management
positions
URAC-recognized certification in case management within four years
of hire
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
applications
